STRESS!!!!!!! up till now, still havent start lab work for my project.. my supervisor keep asking mi research this n tt... HAIZZZ.. she dont wan mi to rely on her.. she dont wan spoon feed mi.. she wan mi find out the way to develop elisa kit.. lot n lot of reading to see how others develop theirs... what choice can i use.. why hav to use this use that.. so sian... how m i suppose to knw.. nt everything can be found in e internet lo.. if i knw, then dont need T.S liao.. i can do alone..

2dae went to lab after lunch.. my supervisor ask mi carried out hantaIgG ELISA test for BLue Star INDENPENDLY.. wow!! 2nd time onli n i need to do myself cox my supervisor busy.. she doin her own expt bside mi.. bt quite gd la.. i pi jiao zi zhai.. nobody starin at mi.. haha.. i use 57 sample + control so total i make 64wells.. n after result time, gt positive result lo.. weird.. i thought nobody gt hantavirus in S'pore b4.. mayb cox those positive result are de foreign worker gt those in their country ba.. i end work late 2dae.. i end at 6.45pm.. i jia ban..bt no increase salary.. haha.. thks sharon for accompanyin mi..

my supervisor call mi go lab to prepare for my sample, control n calibrator 1:101 dilution... ben lai i need to prepare 86 sample bt 9 sample spoil so i prepare 77 sample of human sera in e biosafety cabinet.. :)

the ppl there like very concerrn about their break.. cox at 12pm my supervisor ask mi if i wan go lunch n i say nvm.. then she went off for her lunch le.. after she came back, she ask mi again.. she say i can keep those sample in e fridge n continue doin after lunch.. n i say dont wan.. then after i finishin doin, she say again n ask mi clear up after lunch... haha..

oh n my supervisor gave us chocolate.. so gd.. n we all were thinkin why she gave us.. so beisi go ask her why n they guess correct wad she goin to say lo.. she say what dont wan arhx then return mi lo.. hahah..

i m suppose to go for lab this mornin.. bt my supervisor nt free nv call mi go lab continue my expt.. then at 1plus, she ask mi go lab at 2pm then she ask if i had lunch, i said havent n so drag until 3pm..

At 3pm i went lab n she was doin her things.. then she told mi wed mornin zai do le.. she say scare ltr nt enough time finish..

i went to lab again at 9.35am.. my supervisor mgs mi n call mi, bt i silent my phone nv see it.. so she had to come out lab to call mi in.. haha.. i done ELISA test on hantavirus IgG... when my result out, my supervisor say the result was better than she expected.. yeah.. then we go use e spectro (forget wad tt call) to find absorbance value to calculate de index value.. she ask mi to hand in to her e calculation.. so after i done i send her.. i chao happi de lo.. cox she reply mi back in my email "Overall job well done! " YEAHH!!!

went lab 2dae.. i learn to do capture ELISA... realli learn alot of things 2dae.. =) time past fast too.. my supervisor talk abt indirect and capture ELISA, dilution factor things (keep askin mi qn on this, heng i ask sharon teach mi b4 liao.. haha), biosafety cabinet (ask mi find detail n she say she askin mi e next time) n ~~~~~~.... bt e capture ELISA i nt usin for my project.. extra learnin.. so gd.. she say next time she bring us learn more..

after incubating the wells, lucky she nt beside mi liao.. cox i add WRONG amount of Mab+DenIgG to e 1st well.. i forget to change e pipette to 100ul.. stupid.. i was like thinkin why 100ul so little.. then faster add in e amount i left out.. dont knw if she saw it not.. haizz..
n after addin everything, washin n incubating, result time.. i add substrate n only e +ve ctrl change blue colour.. all my sample serial dilution didn change.. it suppose to change cox we use +ve ctrl as well since i m nt able to handle human sample.. my supervisor conclusion was i either didn add in e +ve ctrl or i add wrong, use -ve ctrl or what.. bt i m sure i gt add in thing n i tink i add correct ba.. so my troubleshoot was i tink i use pipette n add in kong qi ba?? haizz..

4th day of attachment.. so tired.. so sleepy tt i had been half asleep in e train until at jurong then i was awake.. hav my biosafety test.. bt it like nt test to mi.. cox it open book.. there no time limit.. n last of all, we can DISCUSS... dot.. how can tt be call a test.. haha.. bt i tink we are e onli exception ba... haha.. finally get to talk to my supervisor... she seem to hav VERY very high expection.. :( stress!!! n my attachment n project is e same project... so supervisor also wan us hav a log book to record all our result.. n after 3 and 6 mth, we are excepted to do a ppt presentation in e meeting in front of all ppl.. even more stress!!! tmr she on leave.. i onli gonna start lab work on next week.. tink there a practical test.. n i still cant handled blood sample.. i need to wait for my hep B screening test to see if i need vacinnation... so for this time being, i tink i be learning other technique.. tmr she gave mi hw n ask mi research... n i gonna be alone.. sharon n bei si had to go sch for china trip briefing.. sian... i will be left alone at e end of march until mid of apr when they went for e trip... haizz...

2dae break, e cleaner auntie so gd.. so ask us if we wan go outside e market eat, she will being us go there... e market food is alot ALOT cheaper than e food court in e helio there... $2 compare to there $3.50-$4... after eating, we walk to e bus stop there to tk bus back to helio.. e auntie so cute lo... as we walkin, e bus came n e auntie call us run... n she was like realli can run.. 70 plus yr old liao... pei fu.. haha..n on e bus, e aunite was talking to someone she dont knw, i heard her say, 我带她们去吃巴刹... i was like stunned.. how can we eat e market.. hahaz.. n keep laughing dao canot stop... hahaz..

Reach NEA 8.25am 2dae... n there nt much ppl.. e ppl there seem like gt a lot freedom... they reach ltr than 8.30am, lunch was suppose to be 12 and they 11 plus can go tk lunch liao... n 6pm end, they 5.50pm can start pack bag liao.. pro..

2dae read e file again.. e HR so gd.. they said tt there gt one person went in e company a few day b4 us n was only allow to read e file for 1 day... bt they let us read until fri mornin then hav e test.. yeah!!
read quite alot... bt feel so sleepy too.. lucky i gt bring sweeettt... haha... n we start to chit chat after evedryone of us gt sleepy.. bei si jacket so cute... can zip up whole clothes n turn into a cartoon.. n she gt "scare" e ppl there... HAHA... make sharon n i laugh until ~~~~.....

Dont knw to be happi, sad or angry abt 2dae..

happi thing is during 3 hr break, i saw HIM agaain at around 1.20pm.. happi!!!! went to de IT blk to photocopyn print thingy.. while i was waitin for my frenx, i was sittin at the side wonderin if i can see him.. and SUDDENLY he pop out walkin with 1 of his frenx.. omg.. he cute de lo.. he mus be havin presentation too.. wear so formal.. whole black.. he was walkin toward to printin shop.. queue 2 person behind my frenx.. i finally capture photo of him.. bt is tou pai de.. happi :P ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ i wanna show u all de photo.. but my toolbar missing..

2dae hbd prac, i had a blood test... :( Jia huan sabo wo.. xia si wo liao.. somemore i get puncture for 2 times... cox 1st time puncture nt enough blood.. sian.. KOH JIA HUAN === bian tai de.. use force to push out the blood until my finger.. make mi feel lyk a bit numb liao.. so weird feelin.. so i ask them puncture another finger. JIA HUAN still ask cher help mi puncture.. omg.. pain pain.. ok.. abit la.. dont knw why cher puncture more pain.. haha..
